Payment Policy

Payments may be taken in part or in full. If partial payment was taken then the remaining balance and/or other fees described will be due on the day of your reservation.

Cancelation Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled trip to receive a refund. If the cancellation is less than 72 hours, you will not receive a refund for your trip. You may reschedule your trip one time during the current season and your original payment will be transferred to the new trip. If the captain cancels the trip before the boat leaves the dock (bad weather or mechanical failure), then the trip will be fully refunded if rescheduling is not possible.
